Her work runs in two directions: partnering with leaders and organisations to build cultures of conscious, resilient leadership — and serving as a Mentor Coach, Coach Educator and Supervisor to ACC, PCC and MCC coaches around the world.
She has also held leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation, including Director – Membership, ICF Delhi NCR (2023–2025). Recognised as WEAA Mrs India Runners Up (2020) and Iconic Woman at the Women Economic Forum (2022).
